Two Kingston Police special constables have pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm for an attack that left a shackled inmate with broken ribs and a pool of blood on the cell floor.

Conservative Party members from across the country are gathering today in downtown Calgary for the federal party’s convention, set to run through the weekend.
