Water Rates in Ottawa: Submission to Environment Committee wrt 2013 Budget

March 24, 2013

Personal presentation to City of Ottawa Environment Committee regarding Water Rate Budget 2013.

The attached submission, like many public submissions to Council, has not been posted with the minutes or other records on Ottawa.ca

It contains recommendations about improving the water and waste water treatment rate structure in Ottawa based on consultations and consulting work initially done in 2010. It is not clear yet whether the New Environmental Stewardship Committee which has replaced the Environmental Advisory Committee will consider this to be an issue which it wishes to take under consideration.
