As veil of secrecy lifts on Ottawa's $95M landfill deal, here's what we learned

The Environment and Climate Change Committee today approved creating a new funding stream within the Community Environmental Projects Grant Program (CEPGP) to support community‑led waste avoidance, reduction and reuse projects.
