New community kitchen hopes to bring together young and old

There was anticipation and celebration as people cut the ribbon at a new community kitchen in Chelsea, Que. The newly renovated space is in the basement of La Fab sur Mill, a multi-disciplinary art centre. CBC's Joseph Tunney toured the new space and spoke with community members.
The City of Ottawa was aware that Ottawa's largest school board, currently under provincial supervision, would list a vacant school on Draper Avenue for sale, but said it didn't fit the city's "operational needs." Read More
