Foreign Affairs Minister Anita Anand and MP Randeep Sarai, secretary of state for international development, announce Canada is offering $8-million in food aid for Cuba as a U.S. oil blockade triggers a humanitarian crisis in the island nation.
Late on Monday, the federal government released a copy of the Rights Recognition Agreement between them and the Musqueam Indian Band.
