Ottawa Now - How a student-run invention is making it easier for students to find housing
March 31, 2026
Finding a place to live isn’t easy, and a lot of people can relate to the struggle of scouring online marketplaces to find an acceptable rental space. What makes it borderline unbearable for students is the high cost of living, online marketplace scams, and a full school workload. Oh, and you might be stuck with an unpleasant roommate. He runs a student-led platform where students can find housing listings, not to mention their own roommates. Fitzmaurice joins Kristy Cameron on today’s Ottawa Now.
Police have alleged that Law ran several websites that were used to sell sodium nitrite and other items that can be used for self-harm.
