New waste collection schedule causing confusion for some

Ottawa's new waste collection schedule is intended to balance the number of people who get service on pickup days. But the changes are getting mixed reviews. Some residents don't mind the shift but others say they face a longer wait for pickup. Cameron Mahler reports.
