As the Ottawa-based National Arts Centre Orchestra embarks on its 100th tour, Mi’kmaw singer-songwriter Emma Stevens will be performing original music alongside the prestigious ensemble.

A new poll from Leger has found Liberal voters are more likely to support the use of the notwithstanding clause than Conservatives.
