FSIN holds first general assembly since asked to repay $28.7 million

The FSIN is holding its first assembly meeting since being asked by Ottawa to repay over $28 million in funding, closing the meeting to media and other advocates.
One year ago, Prime Minister Mark Carney won a seat in a general election in the riding of Nepean. It marked the first time since the 1880s that the prime minister's riding was in the nation's capital. CBC's Hallie Cotnam checks in with local voters.
