Indigenous artisan worried about upcoming Etsy ban on the sale of fur

Etsy has announced it’s banning the sale of fur items on the site in August. The Fur Institute of Canada warns the move will hit Indigenous artisans hardest, who often rely on the site as a major source of income.

About half of Ontarians say their impression of Premier Doug Ford has worsened in recent months and 56 per cent believe the province is headed in the wrong direction, according to a new Postmedia-Leger survey.
