Police name Ottawa's Christo Allison Richards as Perth homicide victim

Ontario Provincial Police have identified 34-year-old Christo Allison Richards from Ottawa as the man found fatally injured in Perth's Last Duel Park earlier this month. They did not announce any suspects or arrests.
