Mistrial declared for mother accused of killing infant, ex-partner guilty of 2nd-degree murder

A jury has declared a mistrial in the case of a mother accused of killing her seven-month-old son in Ottawa in 2021 but has found her partner at the time guilty of second-degree murder.
