N.L. health minister suggests residents 'sue the government,' 'sue me' if medical transport delays persist

Newfoundland and Labrador's health minister says she can’t accept her position if things don't change, and suggesting people sue her own government in the face of medical transport delays in northern Labrador.
A government-funded non-profit responsible for a failed $300-million digital prescription program paid its chief executive officer nearly $900,000 a year so that his compensation would be on par with that of leaders of downtown Toronto hospitals, the non-profit’s board chair told MPs.
