Toronto priest wins top literary prize for book on the homelessness crisis

An Anglican priest has won the Shaughnessy Cohen Prize for Political Writing for her book detailing her fight to allow an encampment to remain in the yard beside her church.
The campaign for mayor is still in its first month but all three challengers are already making major transit announcements. Mayor Mark Sutcliffe has not yet entered the race. Arthur White-Crummey breaks it down.
