A driver is facing charges under the Highway Traffic Act after a pedestrian was struck by an SUV on Friday afternoon. It happened at the intersection of Laurier Avenue and O’Connor Street, where the vehicle left the roadway and then crashed into a building after striking the pedestrian. And now, we are learning more about the off-duty firefighter that was credited with saving the pedestrian's life. CTV’s Katie Griffin joins us in Hour 4.
