The judge in the trial for an Ontario couple who'd been caring for two brothers was clear in laying blame: Becky Hamber and Brandy Cooney are the ones who committed murder and other crimes. He also noted that the Children's Aid Society (CAS) had "zero to do" with their guilt or innocence.
