P.E.I. mothers push for amendment that would authorize bringing runaway children back home

An amendment to P.E.I.'s Child, Youth and Family Services Act would give police and child protection workers the authority to return runaway children to a safe home.
Justice Jane Kelly stated that 73-year-old Eva Samonas, the primary caregiver for 96-year-old Vasiliki Atanasovksi, had a legal duty to her mother that she failed to perform.
