U.S. slaps duties on fresh Canadian mushrooms over subsidy claims

The United States has put countervailing duties on fresh mushrooms grown in Canada following a U.S. Department of Commerce investigation.
Justice Jane Kelly stated that 73-year-old Eva Samonas, the primary caregiver for 96-year-old Vasiliki Atanasovksi, had a legal duty to her mother that she failed to perform.
