How Ontario colleges are struggling to attract international students after visa changes

A roughly 50 per cent reduction in the number of overseas students who could study in Ontario hit colleges hardest, with a drop in enrollment and a growing financial crisis.
The New York State Education Department released a report in early May, following an investigation into the use of time out boxes in classrooms at St. Regis Mohawk School in Akwesasne Mohawk Territory and the three other schools in the district.
