Multiple women across Canada say they feel confused, violated and terrified after learning pictures of themselves were allegedly taken from their social media profiles and manipulated using artificial intelligence to generate realistic photos and videos of them engaged in violent scenes and sexual acts. The Ottawa Police Service has charged two men following a multi-jurisdictional investigation.
