The Newfoundland and Labrador government says it is reviewing old legislation, that was never enacted, aimed at curbing criminal activity and cleaning up neighbourhoods.
The Gordie Howe International Bridge opening... will now be delayed. Later, Ottawa will be inviting everybody to the city for Canada Day... just not to the ByWard Market.
