June 16, 2026

When the new NHL season begins in October, Hockey Night In Canada will live on. However, the Saturday night program has officially played its final shift on Channel 8. Kristy Cameron examines the bigger picture with Bill Brioux, a TV critic and podcaster, in Hour 2. Meantime, there are countless benefits that come with a routine, but many people don’t have them. Having a good routine can anchor your life, give you a sense of stability, and free you from distractions. How can you build one properly? We check in with Benslyne Avril, a psychotherapist who practices in Westboro.
