There are countless benefits that come with a routine, but many people don’t have them. Some people have a morning routine that’s a bit like being shot out of a cannon. Others hit the gym when it opens at 6AM. Having a good routine can anchor your life, give you a sense of stability, and free you from distractions. How can you build one properly?
