OC Transpo is set to reduce some of its school services this Fall, and the trickle-down effect might have already started. The transit service says they are making the changes ahead of federal workers returning to the office, which could collide with back-to-school season. It also means more than 3,600 Ottawa students will be shifted back to Yellow buses and other modes of student transportation. CFRA's Andrew Pinsent joins us with the details in Hour 4. The federal government plans to pay for its recent big-ticket spending through a combination of economic growth and deficit increases, Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne said Monday.
