The alleged owner of a derelict former tugboat that was leaking oil in a rural harbour along Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore is being sued over cleanup and dismantling costs that the Canadian Coast Guard claims top $4.1 million.

Police in Toronto have identified two victims in the shootings Saturday night at a Latin music street festival. The men killed were targeted and known to each other, police said, but it is still unknown if they were among the gunmen.
