Environment Canada said Tuesday morning that conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.

An Ontario judge says he has no confidence the Canada Border Services Agency will deport a repeat LCBO thief, despite a standing order to remove him. Justice Michael K.
