Bay Ward councillor Theresa Kavanagh joins guest host Chris Holski in Hour 1. Then, we catch up with CTV’s Natalie Van Rooy, who spoke to one of many homeowners that are now dealing with a flooded basement. But first, we go live to City Hall, as Ottawa Mayor Mark Sutcliffe has the latest on the city's flooding relief efforts.
