Ottawa allowing more garbage to be picked up following Canada Day torrential downpour

Ottawa is increasing the amount of heavy waste material that can be picked up during people’s waste collection day starting Monday after heavy rainfall flooded parts of the city earlier in the week, creating havoc for many residents.
