However, this season can bring its own unique pressures. From holidays to weddings, there’s more pressure on your bank account. That means your calendar is busier, and there’s more people to see. Perhaps you might be more inclined to take on projects around the house, and those expenses can add up pretty quickly. How do you navigate that mounting pressure to be present, but also the pressure on your pocketbook? Benslyne Avril, a psychotherapist who practices in Westboro, offers her insight on today's Ottawa Now.
