Review board cites 'manageable' risk in conditional discharge of B.C. child killer

The British Columbia Review Board says the risk posed by a man found not criminally responsible for killing his three children is now "manageable" in the community with oversight, supervision and multiple conditions.
Trustees say it's hard to see how they can make a difference in what's become a powerless role, and they're hoping to take what they learned on school board to Ottawa city hall.
