B.C. boat linked to fatal sinking is ordered detained, citing violations

Transport Canada has ordered the detention of a boat operated by a British Columbia fishing charter operation whose other vessel sank last month, leaving one person dead and six others missing and presumed drowned.
With proper shoring not yet in place at an infill development in Edmonton's west end, in the aftermath of a recent storm, the excavation site looked like a swimming pool.
