The Ottawa Police Service has a sexual misconduct problem – and their Chief of Police knows it. Last month, Eric Stubbs issued a very blunt 7-minute video to his officers. In this message that was obtained by CTV Ottawa, he called out a pattern of inappropriate behaviour, and basically told his members that they need to change their behaviour or turn in their badge. Furthermore, the police service wants to recruit more women to its workforce, with a goal of having 30 percent of its sworn members as female officers. Longtime CTV News anchor Lloyd Robertson has died at the age of 92, the network is reporting. Robertson died Tuesday night, according to his family, the network said. No cause of death was given. “A true giant.
