Hundreds of Eabametoong First Nation members evacuated as northern Ontario wildfire tally grows to 192

As new wildfires are discovered in northwestern Ontario during a week of devastation, evacuations have begun for members of Eabametoong First Nation, a fly-in community over 300 kilometres north of Thunder Bay. Roughly 460 people on seven flights have been taken to Niagara Falls, with dozens more to follow.
