Federal agency links December train derailment in Quebec to temperature swings

The Transportation Safety Board of Canada says it could not determine the exact cause of a freight train derailment in northern Quebec last December.
The workers include more than 1,000 paramedics who work for Urgences-santé, the public ambulance service serving Montreal and Laval.
