A new study states that 1-in-10 emergency physicians in Canada are mulling over a career change, and the main culprit is a term that really took off during the COVID days. That, of course, is burnout. Kristy Cameron checks in with Dr. Noam Katz, a Staff Emergency Physician at Winnipeg’s St. Boniface Hospital. Sunscreen is key to protecting yourself from sunburns, skin cancer and visible skin aging, but it isn’t a one-and-done process. Health Canada advises using a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF (sun protection factor) of 30 at least 15 minutes before going outside and reapplying every two hours during sun exposure.
