After Hamilton neighbourhoods were blanketed by an unknown black substance in early July, Ontario's official opposition is calling on the government to share what it knows about the recurring issue.
The comments came during an all-candidates panel for the Aug. 31 byelection in North Vancouver—Capilano, where the Conservatives are hoping to flip a seat from the Liberals.
