CBC identifies Canadian woman accused of spying at NATO military HQ

A CBC News investigation has identified the Canadian woman arrested last week in Belgium on espionage charges as Biwei Zhang, a systems engineer whose resume suggests she has previously worked for the Canadian Space Agency and Statistics Canada. Identifying information from Zhang's social media profiles, graduate thesis and a federal court case matched Belgian authorities' description of the NATO intern apprehended on Friday.
An outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease in downtown Toronto is currently under investigation by Toronto Public Health (TPH). In a news release on Monday, health officials said the outbreak has occurred in an approximately one-kilometre radius of the intersection of Bathurst Street and Dupont Street, with six confirmed cases identified among people who live, work or have visited the area.
