A new medical research facility in Winnipeg will play a critical role in closing gaps in Canadian vaccine research and other areas of public health emergency preparedness, officials said Wednesday.
Greg Hicks, president and CEO of Canadian Tire Inc., said on a call with analysts Thursday that 'consumer sentiment remained soft' during the last quarter.
