Local cyclists 'MacGyver' fix after Ottawa athlete's bike seat 'exploded' during Ironman

Gael Rayes-Dominguez was around 30 kilometres into the bike portion of the Ottawa Ironman Triathalon when his seat fell apart. That's when two local cyclists used an inner tube and some creativity to fix his bike and help him finish the race.
A botched racecourse that was longer than it should have been for the Edmonton Marathon has cost 13 runners a chance to compete in the prestigious Boston Marathon.
