While police have made arrests after gunshots were fired at the U.S. Consulate in downtown Toronto in two separate incidents in recent months, finding those responsible for these alleged gun-for-hire plots remains elusive. Investigators say they are hamstrung without provisions from the federal government's controversial Bill C-22.

Officers discovered a body at a residence on Crowder Road in Spencerville on Saturday, OPP said in a release. Police told CBC News it considers the death suspicious but could not provide further details.
