Saskatchewan auto parts business falls victim to growing credit card scam

A business in Assiniboia, Sask., is fell victim to a widespread credit card scam the RCMP says is targeting transportation equipment companies across Saskatchewan.
Extreme winds in June caused the most insured loss of any event recorded in the province — $240 million — followed by the northern wildfires last summer. Higher losses can lead to higher premiums, and Canada should take more preventative measures, an expert says.
