Former hotel finds new life helping Ottawa residents transition into stable housing

A former hotel on O’Connor Street will house over 120 families experiencing homelessness with the goal of keeping them out of the shelter system and getting them back into stable housing. The CBC’s Matthew Kupfer reports.
