Parishioners at a Downtown Ottawa church say they were issued wrongful parking tickets during worshipping hours. Four cars parked on Nepean Street beside St. Patrick Basilica received parking tickets on Monday, contradicting city signs that permitted free parking during Morning and Midday masses on weekdays. Fortunately, those tickets have since been scrapped, but this is not a first occurrence and it might not be the last. CTV’s Dylan Dyson joins guest host Chris Holski in Hour 4.
