Ottawa Now - OC Transpo G.M. isn't ruling out redesign of Moodie Station, but a lot remains up in the air after July 1st flooding

August 28, 2026

OC Transpo’s General Manager isn’t ruling out a redesign of Moodie Station on the O-Train’s Western Extension. This comes after a Canada Day downpour wreaked a lot of havoc in the area. However, Rick Leary says it’s ‘too early to definitively determine’ whether it’s needed, or what it could involve. A few weeks ago, city councillors who represented nearby ridings were given a tour of the site to assess the July 1st damages, one of whom was College Ward councillor Laine Johnson. She joins Kristy Cameron on Ottawa Now.
