Ford government to begin ripping out, reconfiguring Toronto bike lanes following court of appeal ruling

The Ford government is going ahead with bike lane removal and reconfiguration on some of Toronto's busiest roads, the province announced Tuesday.
Calgary mayor Jeromy Farkas said the city's $50 billion infrastructure deficit "won't dissapear" in a single budget or council term, but noted council must chip away at it.
