You’ve heard of the Buy Canadian movement, but a ByWard Market café is now calling on Canadians to drink Canadian, as the Canada-USA trade war continues. Le Moulin de Provence posted a video on social media this week, crossing out Americano on its coffee menu and renaming it ‘Canadiano’. They are also rolling out a new coffee called ‘Lake Ontario’ – a response to an executive order from U.S. President Trump to turn Lake Ontario into ‘Lake America’. Nicholas Bonnet is the Operations Manager at Le Moulin de Provence. He joins guest host Austin Lee on Ottawa Now.
