Owner fined $30K for code failures at Kingston building where 2 died in fire

A Kingston, Ont., landlord who pleaded guilty to fire code violations following a 2023 blaze at one of his properties that left two people dead has been fined $30,000.
For instance, tickets to the premiere of 'Always Lalisa' are selling for $106 on Ticketmaster, while regular tickets range from $30 to $37.
