Bystanders rescue SUV occupants who crashed into Rideau River in Ottawa

Two occupants of an SUV that crashed into the river near Mooney's Bay on Friday morning had to be pulled from the water to safety. The rescue shows how important it is to have basic swimming skills, according to one of the women who rushed to help.
