The Trump administration is threatening to ban several Canadian imports – from a bulk of alcohol products, to some dairy goods, and even motorcycles. He signed the new proclamations late-Tuesday night and they are set to kick off on September 29th. Canadian counter-tariffs on American goods went into effect yesterday, a move that impacts roughly 700 products. However, this Canadian punch-back and a combination of American trade punches is a bitter pill to swallow for Capital Beauty Supply, which imports products worldwide for hundreds of Eastern Ontario hair salons. Kristy Cameron checks in with Will Moizer, the owner of Capital Beauty Supply, on Ottawa Now.
