Quebec father has no memory of drowning children after consuming fentanyl, jury hears

A Quebec man who drowned his two children in October 2022 in their family home near Montreal told a jury on Wednesday he doesn’t have any memories from the day they died.
"There's a lot of pressure on energy costs, obviously, diesel, gas prices, and the food supply chain is a very energy-intensive sector," Dr. Sylvain Charlebois said.
